NICB is a banking trade association exclusively representing more than 100 member financial institutions as part of our family supporting privately held community banks in Nebraska. Membership is open to financial institutions doing business in Nebraska as a full service commercial bank serving the general public, that are privately held and operated, and their investment is in the community.
NICB is dedicated and focused on meeting our members’ needs and to furthering the success of community banking in Nebraska.
NICB’s 100 member banks have over 190 locations across the state. NICB also has 60 service providers as associate members who support the NICB and provide for our member banks.
NICB has a board of 26 management level bankers representing the voice of independent community banking and a President/CEO with over 25 years working for the NICB.
While banking issues remain our primary focus - agriculture, small business and economic development need our attention to ensure a future for community banks and their customers. |
